While many smartphone makers are thinking of copying this or that top brand, the Taiwanese manufacturer is collecting information about the trendiest features and puts them on a single model. The HTC U11 Eyes has been announced a couple of days ago. And while many can think it’s a full-screen handset carrying HTC logo on it, we have to state this is a superior selfie-centric device sporting a dual-camera.
A few year back, HTC made a revolution in the niche of smartphones’ cameras. It came with a number of handsets using its own-made HTC UltraPixel technology, which is an advanced imaging feature allowing users to quickly shoot vivid, true-to-life images with a wide range of colors, even in low light conditions. The HTC U11 Eyes uses the same technology, but it works for the main camera only. The latter comes with a 12MP single camera supporting HTC UltraPixel 3 and using a large aperture of f/1.7. On the front, the HTC U11 Eyes carries a dual-camera with 5MP sensors. Each of them has an aperture of f/2.2.
The next selling point of the HTC U11 Eyes is the full-screen at 6 inches. It provides a Full HD+ resolution and comes with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and 402ppi pixel density. To protect the display from minor and major scratches the company has covered it with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Third, this is a Snapdragon 625-powered smartphone, which provides a smooth performance. The chip is also paired with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Plus, it is equipped with the same battery found on the U11+, 3930mAh capacity battery.
The HTC U11 Eyes is available in four color options including Red, Silver, Blue, and Black. It costs $350.
